If happiness were the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich? This session provides a framework to measure organizational happiness. It measures seven emotions along seven organizational vital centers. Results are captured in a digital scorecard format providing a realistic and systematic diagnosis of the organization’s state of employee happiness and job satisfaction. Our online tool compiles data in real time and produces analysis that is accessible by management in a secure area protected with a password. The analysis offers tangible suggestions for what management can do to improve the happiness of their team.
